If you want to use the wood fired oven to make pizzas we recommend the set of blades (double handle or short-handled) and "long blade" useful to make pizzas bigger and easier to handle, which allows you to serve many people at the same time.

To use the wood fired oven for roast meats use the classic barbecue or the slanted barbecue set, consider the stainless steel valve as well to trim the fire and to keep the heat inside the oven.

With regard to the surface where to place your Pizza Party, the oven weighs 50 kg (110 lb.), and can be supported by almost all surfaces. Therefore we suggest you save something on the support and possibly buy more accessories that will make working with the oven both easier and more fun. Keep in mind that if you decide to make for yourself a support similar to the one we sell, most likely you are going to spend almost twice as much.

In order not to lose the pleasure of a good rotisserie ... in September 2012 we launched the new electric battery powered Rotisserie (also in a 220Volt version) to make a skewered meat in the wood fired oven or even without the wood fired oven.

For those who have difficulty in finding good DRY WOOD necessary to make best use of any furnace or fireplace, we offer pellets for pizzerias 100% beech, allowing you to have a stash of firewood at home occupying little space
