The maximum temperature is 500-600 degrees Celsius (932 -1112 Fahrenheit), much higher than the required temperature for pizza cooking.

QUESTIONS ABOUT POSITIONING

-How to put the oven inside my House?

Just plug it into an existing chimney, as an optional you could use a valve in the oven funnel in order to vary the draught.

-I want to embed it in my kitchen; must it be externally insulated?

To embed it in the kitchen this oven require no external insulation, the oven has a built in ecological insulation that stands up to 1200 degrees Celsius (2192 Fahrenheit), so it will only get lukewarm outside. Just leave an inch or two around the oven and seal simply with a drywall. If you were to completely coat the oven, cover it with  15 mm drywall which is certified as heat-resistant product. Visit the embedded wood oven page

-Can the oven remain outdoors in winter?

the oven can be safely left outdoors, the only caveat is to close the flue and the front door so that the rain will not get inside

 QUESTIONS ON THE FUNCTIONING

-Can you bake 2 pizza at the same time?

Yes, however we recommend the use of the long blade, which makes the job easier and increases the efficiency of the oven, as it is possible to make pizzas that fully exploit the internal dimensions. You can make your pizzas 25-30 cm (9 - 11 ) broad and 55 cm (21 ) long

-How many guests can I invite?

We prepared dinners for as many as 15-17 people and we had no problems whatsoever. Some of our customers use this oven for catering. (video tutorial Youtube)

-How long does it take to cook a pizza?

The cooking time varies depending on the oven temperature, the ide-400 degrees Celsius (482 752 Fahrenheit)  , with cooking time ranging from 1 to 2 minutes.

-Does the ash between the bricks need to be cleaned up?

Ash should be left in place

-I noticed that, when I lit the fire, the bricks are perfectly aligned. Then while heating I notice split between them and they create openings. Eventually these cracks are filled with ash

Any oven needs the bricks to be free to expand according to the temperatures otherwise they will crack. Even in masonry ovens the bricks are normally laid on a sand bed. If this was not done, there would be a high risk of cracking

-If the cracks are filled with ash. If I want to realign the bricks, should I remove it? Should I use the vacuum cleaner?

Its not necessary. The ashes can be left safely in place; we never cleaned it up. If hypothetically you want to get it out, you could use a vacuum cleaner but only after at least 24 hours from last use. Otherwise youll melt your trashcan. We recommend leaving the ashes between the cracks, which increases the insulation on the floor.

-What to do if some ash ends under the bricks? I remove them, cleanse and replace them or can I leave them in place?

If the ash goes under the bricks it should be left as well, for the same reason above. Increases the isolation and keep dry the insulation material
